- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Nice People. Great Service. There's only 2 branches, so this is some extremely personalized service. When you call theres no automated service, a real person picks up the phone, and that same person can usually address your problem immediately without even having to be transferred. Unlike the other review on here, I actually bank with MVB. I usually only bank with small banks, but most of the time small banks are kinda snooty.
