- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience at this store. The gal who was helping me was obviously new which would not have been a problem if one of her coworkers had stepped in and given her some assistance. She was trying her best but was confused about pricing-first she told me shipping was going to be $40 then she said it was $16. Then she said my package would take 8-10 days to deliver but failed to ask if I wanted priority mail. The third issue I had was the package ended up being shipped not through UPS but through the US Postal. I was not informed of this and figured it out when I tried to track my package. The problem with US Postal was the package had to be sent to a different address (at my daughter's college) than sending it using UPS. I showed the woman the specific address for UPS and never did she inform me that my package would be sent through USPS otherwise I would have used the USPS address. Very disappointing. I guess I'll try FedEx next time.By Jenna, February 27, 2017
