- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I hate whenever I have to have any interaction with the post office. The carriers are unreliable and don't deliver our mail often. When it comes to package delivery, I have had packages go missing, been reported "delivered" when they were not, and been marked "unable to deliver" because no one was home to sign when I have been at home all day waiting. There is a reason the USPS is failing and it's their lack of communication, unreliability, and poor customer service. They don't even admit to mistakes or make offers to correct situations. I get so frustrated when vendors opt to use USPS instead of UPS or FedEx. I will always opt for paperless bills and choose to use other delivery vendors because I cannot trust the post office to do their job.By Allison Green, June 25, 2017
