- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I recently was laid off and was not happy with the severance package that was being offered. I had used Rubin Law in a similar situation over 2 years ago and decided to call and ask for help again. The second time was as satisfactory as the first! Steven gave me great advice, and worked with me through the process. As a result I was able to negotiate a much more beneficial package for myself. I not only was very happy with the legal service of Steven Rubin but also quite pleased with the excellent follow through provided by his assistant Bic. - ★ ★ ★ ★ ★In 2011 I contacted this firm to assist me with a sexual harassment, discrimination and retaliation claim. I spoke with Steve Rubin on the phone. At first I wasn't sure what I wanted to do as I was still employed by my company, but Steve was so patient and kind with me. For almost 6 months he gave me advice on what I could do, gave me options and stayed with me until I ultimately retained his services. It took nearly 2 years, we had filed my case and shortly after I had been fired, but Steven and his staff never gave up. In July 2013 Steven finally delivered on what he had always promised me, He won my case!! After an exhausting 9 hour mediation where I tried to give up every hour we sat there, he refused to let me give in and he continued to fight for me, I walked out of that mediation with more than I could have hoped for. I would highly recommend that if you have similar issues that you contact Steven immediately, he is an amazing attorney and your not just another case with him, he still checks in on me and my case has been settled now for almost 5 months. His fees are reasonable for all the work he does.
