- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆So I work with Gilbert and it's always a great experience! Make filing taxes very easy. Although this year it was brought to my attention that I didn't have my 1095-A which the IRS has sent me a letter to send in with the form 8962, which I have no idea how to fill out and the instructions on IRS.gov or 18 pages. Martinez tax company says they're open now Fridays 10 to 6 and Saturdays 10 to 2. I've called both days multiple times with no answer. So I kind of feel like my taxes weren't completed and I didn't fully receive what I paid for. I can't be the only one with this issue either.By Branden Stadler, August 18, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Came here for all the good reviews and was terribly disappointed; the staff was incredibly rude. I asked the receptionist to see how much longer my wait would be or if they had any available appointments and they immediately rejected my files for asking. If this is how a customer is treated at the front desk then I definitely don't want to see how their tax consultants are.
