  Jon is an expert and his legal skills will get you the best possible outcome. But what stood out for me were his people skills. I walked into his office having been arrested and jailed for the first time at 39 years old, charged with DUI and having blown a .16. I was terrified at what this meant for my future and what it would take to get through the process. But from the get-go, Jon was matter-of-fact, calm and reassuring. After we discussed the details of my arrest, he outlined the different ways my case could go, his hopes for the best outcome, and assured me that I’d get through it. I left that first consultation having total faith in him. Jon earned that faith with results. He was relentless in pursuing different avenues to get evidence against me thrown out and to negotiate with the DA. I ended up pleading to reckless driving with DUI conditions, meaning that as long as I go to the 3 months of DUI classes, pay a fine and have a clean driving record for three years, there’s no DUI on my record and won’t ever be. Best of all, I never lost my license and just got a notice that my contested suspension was dismissed! I can’t recommend Jon highly enough.

  Jon is truly a master of his craft. I have made the most complicated situations ever for this man and he is still willing to help, aid, advise, and lecture when it is necessary. If you have a DWI or anything at all hire this man, he is a lawyer but beyond that he will help you past the scope of the law. He will call you back promptly, he will work for you on a timeline, he will tell you to get your life together if you need it. The smartest legal decision I ever made was hiring Jon.
