- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I've had a loan through Westlake Financial services since April 2015, and it has been a good experience which I would give 4 stars. However, I give them 5 stars because of the experience I had today with a customer service Rep named Ernest. I called in for a payment deferment; he listened to my needs, and thoroughly explained my options. He gave me an option to change my payment due dates to better suite me, so I didn't have to defer this month's payment. He was professional and courteous, and a true asset to the company.
