- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I'd give it 2 stars but the service I received yesterday was just unacceptable. I came in at 4:55PM to pick up a certified mail. There were already a few people standing by the door waiting for the person. According to the employee who was on the floor, the person was just on the phone and will come to the door shortly. We waited for 25 minutes, no one came to the door. When we tried to ask the employee on the floor, she could not give us a definite answer. First, she said that it closes at 5PM. When someone told the employee that she had called the post office earlier and was told that it closes at 5:30, she then said, "I don't know. She'll come to the door. The employee then walks away and ignores us. Why can't she just check? Finally, another employee told us it closes at 5PM. I was there at 4:55PM, they should still be open.
