- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆It is scary that I pretty much have to get my background check every year from them only. I have found out that their attorneys file lawsuits against any organization that provides the same services. The have formed a monopoly and I have had them charge me multiple times online for my renewal last year due to a glitch. After 20 years of being a notary they control too much with training, etc forcing out any competition and should be investigated!By R Martino, September 06, 2017

- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I have had nothing but positive experiences when dealing with NNA. They are friendly and helpful over the phone and extremely knowledgeable when conducting the review course. The course is set up as a one-stop shop where you have the opportunity to turn in your State application, get your finger prints done and have a photo taken as well as take the exam when it is all over. They are extremely organized and use every minute of the course in the most efficient way.
