  Michael Nathan's law offices was a blessing an answer prayer.. his assistant Jonnie was very helpful .. after a year of battling in court with my x , her Attorney, and a pass hired attorney by me who did NOTHING for me...!!!! what took one year took Michael three weeks to do.. I no longer had to travel back and forth from Nevada to California he saved me the time he save me the stress he save me the money.. He fought for me without even going to court .. after writing up my declaration and filing the motion in court and mailing it to my ex and her attorney "who both would try very hard to keep me from seeing my daughter who would consistently violate my visits with my daughter after making a full drive from Las Vegas to California it was a hell of a roller coaster .. a nightmare ....when I would arrive to California and her attorney and my ex would just cancel the visit ... after being served paperwork from Michael they both just surrendered and didn't want to deal with no more Court .. her attorney literally removed her self from the case" I'm pretty sure she knew that she had messed up and we had one hell of a good attorney who is very well known and would have took her down I can honestly say Michael knows his family laws... I got full custody of my daughter " monitor visits we're taking off she is now able to come to Nevada state with me.. Michael was not only trustworthy but very dedicated to making sure that I get my rights as a father...he promised to get my daughter back in my life.. he promised to work hard he answered all my questions and responded back in minutes.. From the moment he took over my case and I hired him " within 2 days he was writing up motions filing in court and got us a court date right away... this is one attorney that definitely cares... I'm just glad to know that I no longer had to go to court" I have one attorney that knows his laws... Most important he was trustworthy... I will highly refer him to family and friends and I will continue to keep him as my attorney if the battle is not over in Court he will be there fighting for me..

  My story is quite simple but serves as a cautionary tale for all single parents going through legal difficulties within the family law system. Five years ago, I was advised to seek mediation services as I was going through divorce proceedings. The advice I received was to be a 'nice guy', work with the other parent in order to resolve issues, create a mutually fair court order and seek child development services from third parties. But, after going down that road for many years and realizing that my father's rights were being trampled upon and outright ignored, I finally had enough and decided to seek the services of Michael Nathans. My results may be an outlier, but within 8 weeks, we had a court date, documents prepared, forms filed and everything finalized. I was able to obtain 50-50 custody of my son along with resolving many issues that had previously been ignored. We now had a signed court order that was fair and I attribute this amazing outcome solely to Michael's hard work, diligence, tremendous speed and work ethic. After availing myself of his services, I realized that I had made a mistake previously (with the other mediator). My son and I wasted many years of our lives trying to seek a fair outcome. Michael proved to be a STRONG advocate for me and fought hard for my rights. Therefore, if you're in the same boat and find yourself with seemingly insurmountable issues, hire Mr. Nathans ASAP and don't make the same mistake I did long ago. You will not be disappointed !!!

  I hired Michael about 2 years ago, even though he is on the pricey side it was money well spent! While working with Michael it was obvious he is confident and determined to conquer each case. In addition, his office is clean and his staff is welcoming and professional. I definitely will not think twice about hiring Michael again.
