- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆A very nice place to see downtown LA from. Due to the position of the building outside of LA's skyline, you get to see the skyline from a very good vantage point. You enter from Main St. entrance go through some security and then you can go to the top floor of the building. The mayor's office is on the way and there is a cool podium on the top floor.
