- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I don't know about the banking services, but I can tell you that Vilma, one of the service reps, has been a godsend to me and my family. She has taken care of my mother's needs for the last 5 years with unfailing politeness and grace. Furthermore, when I was waiting in line for her, I heard another customer say "no, I'll just wait for Vilma". Management, take note.
